        TEAL accent (#1a6878), no gold anywhere in it.
     2. Golden Island is the more fully-built system (real Google
        Fonts, Fraunces/Inter/Oswald, a working i18n mechanism,
        sticky nav with mobile handling already solved). It is now
        PRIMARY. The Coast page's sea-blue/gold system, which I'd
        provisionally proposed as the house standard, is being
        retired in favor of this one. The Coast page itself needs
        re-theming to match, tracked in PROGRESS.md.
